Honeycrisp Apples are the best apples. Period. This is not just an opinion… it’s one of those self-evident Truths like you read about in the Declaration of Independence.
I just finished eating one and thought the world should know of their status in the Apple kingdom.
Hello. My name is Joey Nixon, and I’m the…..well, I don’t know what my job title is yet.
Let me start over.
Salutations. My name is Joey Nixon, and I’m the guy who is in charge of the product development and customer support teams here at PERRLA. Basically, I build stuff and fix stuff.
I will be posting my musings here from time to time. Some of those thoughts will be serious. Most of them will not.
Some days I’ll talk about PERRLA Complete and how it’s progressing along. Some days I’ll talk about some cool new features we’re discussing for PERRLA for APA and MLA. But I’ll probably spend much of my time discussing how bad I feel for Boo Berry and how Count Chocula and Franken Berry over power and over shadow him every fall. And don’t get me started on Frute Brute and Fruity Yummy Mummy coming back on the scene.
Ok. Gotta go. Hungry now. Bye.
You’ve got to start somewhere.
Today, Riley Moore, our Vice President of Making Things Look Good, set up this blog for PERRLA. He’s busy working on PERRLA Complete right now and hated the thought of putting something together without having time to make it look nice. I twisted his arm a little and he decided to go ahead and do this – as long as he can come back and give it a little touch of style when time permits.
What are we going to do with this blog? Good question. We’re going to use it as a way to help you stay informed as to what’s going on behind the scenes at PERRLA. There are plenty of of times when we’d like to get your opinions on things, tell you of a new feature we’re thinking of adding, etc. and we hope this blog will be a good outlet for that.
Another goal (of mine) is to have you meet more of the great people who work here. Because of the monthly newsletters, you might have an idea of my personality. But there are a number of colorful characters here and I’m being told that they will be happy to post things. Great!
If there are topics you’d like us to address, let us know.
I’ll close by reminding everyone that our awesome Customer Support team works from 8:00am until 10:00pm (central time) – that’s 14 hours per day, 7 days per week! You can reach them by filling out this form found within the Help Center portion of our website.
