For all of our Mac users:
On July 8th 2015, Microsoft released Office 2016 – which includes a new version of Microsoft Word. We have discovered that our software needs to be modified in order to work with Word 2016.
You may wish to hold off on updating to Microsoft Word 2016 for a bit until we resolve the issue. We’ll send another message like this when the issue has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and are scrambling to resolve the problem.
